Julie Suckla is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker for 17 years, during which time she served on multiple boards and community non-profits. Julie has extensive experience with farming, ranching, land leases, and water rights. She excels at working on projects to improve and resale properties and land developments, including residential and commercial sales. Julie is married to Larry Don Suckla, longtime rancher & auctioneer.
Together they have a very active teenage daughter, so you will probably find her at the gym.
Joanne Goode is a native of Montezuma County. Her family roots run deep. Five generations farmed, taught, nursed, and ranched in this diverse county. After graduating from University of Northern Colorado, she taught three decades in five schools in the area. Joanne and her husband raised two children on a hobby farm in Crow Canyon. After their children had grown, they started investing in properties. Land and its history are her passion. After retiring twice, Joanne found herself at the Montezuma County Assessor’s office as an ad Valorem appraiser. Now, she is enjoying a new career path, that of a broker associate.
Randy Carver is a licensed Real Estate Broker who grew up in Montezuma County and has spent his whole life making a living through agriculture. His family has a large scale haying operation where they ship hay to all parts of the nation. They also own and operate a cow/calf operation that requires both winter and summer permits to run their cattle. Randy has had many life experiences including teaching, coaching, construction, water board membership, and county representation in local water activities. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Colorado Mesa University.
